HEEEEEY it’s SuperHero Saturday!! This is an ultimate chance to try an activity you may have been curious about trying, or jumping in for overall self-care and sisterhood in a safe joyful environment. Let’s get it poppin ladies! From 12-2pm Girltrek Philly is hosting a wellness celebration event at black woman-owned S.M.A.R.T Fitness Studio to support you in your health and wellness goals. Every Superhero Saturday will be filled with 20-20-20: - 20 minutes of Spin class (indoor cycling) -20 minutes of a Bootcamp, kickboxing or Dance class. -20 minutes of yoga style, stretching aromatherapy, and meditative breathing - Optional self-guided work out in the weight room with the support of Personal Trainers to guide you if needed. -Light refreshments and water will be provided. You can take one class or all three. Please arrive early to sign in.
