Kiest Park. We meet at the first bench closest to the Cliff Glenn entrance off of Hampton Rd. Please wear Girl Trek gear or super hero blue if you have it. If not, please don’t let that stop you. The entire walk will last 1 hour and our goal is 3 miles. If you walk slower or faster, don’t let that deter you. Our ultimate goal s to get women involved and moving. The path is paved. It will be hot so please don’t forget to hydrate and bring water and apply sunscreen. Most importantly, please bring a friend, sister, neighbor, church member, or anyone else who is may be interested in joining us as we begin this healthy lifestyle journey.
