Wednesday Wellness Walkers

We will meet at parking lot near the Gordon boat ramp sign. We will trek the scenic trails of Martin Luther King Blvd promptly at 6:45. Please bring water to stay hydrated and energy to stay motivated. Don't forget sunscreen and repellent. Focusing on selfcare. We got this lady. "No woman left behind. 🏃‍♀️🚶‍♀️
