Every First Saturday Girltrek Philadelphia will Partner with Girltrek Member-owned Smart Fitness Studio to present 2 hours of wellness activities to strengthen our bodies and educate our minds. This month Saturday, September 7th from 12-2 pm after we honor our physical bodies with 30 minutes of Spin class followed by 30 minutes of Mixxedfit class, we will have an “Eat and Educate” session with Chef Joshua Black of URBAN BLACK VEGAN And Vegan Coach Shay Mosley. They will answer your plant-based cooking questions and provide delicious vegan meal prep samples to delight and invigorate your taste buds. You do not want to miss this event! Black-owned studio! Wide padded spin seats in every row for those that need extra cushion! All black body-positive instructors! Celebrating Black Community Wellness! It’s never too late to improve your quality of living. Attend 1 session or all 3 for one small donation! Suggested donation of $15 to thank the studio for their support of the Girltrek mission and for delicious vegan refreshments. *But no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
