Girltrek Philly has your back! Do you need support with staying active? Are you looking for new ways to enjoy movement? Come join your Girltrek sisters for 2 hours of laughter, joyful movement, great music, and community building. Every FIRST Saturday of the month from 12-2pm Girltrek Philly is hosting a wellness celebration event at black woman-owned S.M.A.R.T Fitness Studio to support you in your health and wellness goals. Every Superhero Saturday will be filled with 20-20-20: - 20 minutes of Spin class (indoor cycling) -20 minutes of a Bootcamp, kickboxing or Dance class. -20 minutes of yoga style, stretching aromatherapy, and meditative breathing - Optional self-guided work out in the weight room with the support of Personal Trainers to guide you if needed. -Light refreshments will be served. You can take one class or all three. Please arrive early to sign in. Sliding Scale Donation of $1-10 dollars is suggested. Cheers to a new year and a more consistent you!
