Hey Ladies! Let's put ourselves first and prioritize our self-care. Join your GirlTrek Neighborhood Captains for this Superhero Saturday walk! All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other on a refreshing morning walk. Join us and bring a friend. Please wear comfy shoes and gloves. Bring water as well.
