“Let’s Get Healthy Trek”
Self-care is loving on yourself. So why not start your day of 💙 with a “Trek”? Park and meet in the gravel parking lot on Westwood (off Outer Drive) near Eaton. The talk will begin at 8:50 am and we trek promptly at 9:00 am. Trek at your own pace, no woman left behind! We will trek for an hour. Do something wonderful for you! See you on the pavement.
