Hope Her-roes Superhero Saturday Trek

Selfcare is a revolutionary act and it starts with you, today! Meet/Greet at 7:15 am. We trek promptly at 7:30 am. The paved path has a slight incline. Bring water if needed as we complete 30 - 60 minutes of Selfcare. Your body will love you for it! See you on the pavement.
