Come and show your body you love it by trekking for 30 minutes - hour at you own pace on a paved walking path. Meet at 6:50 am and greet in the parking lot. We trek promptly at 7am. Prepare yourselves for your healthiest, happiest and most fulfilled life. See you on the pavement with a smile.
