All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us and bring a friend.We are looking to get as many ladies in Knoxville to participate in the largest trek yet. Bring your sista friends, mom, daughters and be prepared to glisten, fellowship and trek with some of the most dynamic ladies in Knoxville. You can trek as many miles as you choose at your own pace. There is no pressure to keep up with the fastest trekker, but know that no woman is left behind. Taking care of yourself is top priority and what a great way to get your Saturday started.
