Join the Rhonda and the Clay Family for a Black Family 5K
Join Rhonda and the Clay family for a Black Family 5K trek on the day after Thanksgiving! This is a great way to work off that turkey, dressing and yummy desserts from the night before! This is also a way to bond with your family and jump start on that better health goal that you've been talking about. The trek will start at 10am and is a little over 3 miles. Bring as many family members (blood related or others)as you want. Rhonda can't wait to see you!
