Join the sensational sistas of Springbrook for another great trek! Amber and Tiffany will be leading this trek on Saturday! Feel free to tell all your sista friends to join us at 7:45am for a trek through the beautiful Springbrook Park. All are welcome to join this movement of self-care. Be sure to bring a towel, water and a can do attitude! We can't wait to see everyone there!
