The lovely ladies of the Knoxville Walkers are excited to have you trek with them this Saturday at Holston River Park at 7:45 am. This scenic trek will be led by Cindy and Daphne. It doesn't matter if you trek 1 mile or 7 miles it's up to you. Either way you will be encouraged to do your best by the biggest cheerleaders in Knoxville! Bring your water, towel and all the sista friends you can for a trek that is sure to be one that will get your heart pumping and set your mind and spirit free. We will meet in the parking lot next to the soccer field. We can't wait to see you on Saturday.
