The lovely ladies of the Knoxville Walkers are excited to have you trek with them this Saturday at Lakeshore Park at 7:45 am. This exhilarating trek will be led by Lashelle and Nishawn. It doesn't matter if you trek 1 mile or 7 miles it's up to you. Either way you will be encouraged to do your best by the biggest cheerleaders in Knoxville! Bring your water, towel and all the sista friends you can for a trek that is sure to be one that will get your heart pumping and set your mind and spirit free. We will meet at the top parking lot off the main entrance on Northshore Dr. We can't wait to see you on Saturday.
