Summer of Self-Care Superhero Saturday at Holston River Park

Let's keep the momentum going from our Sistas United for Health Event this past weekend! Join Neighborhood Captain Cindy Sanford through the beautiful Holston River Park. We will trek both trails if the unpaved trail is not to wet. This is a beautiful park to relax, reflect and meditate. Bring water, towel and your BFF for a fantastic morning of self-care.

Cindy, Black Girls Do Ride is having a beginner bike ride and I’m going to check that out. I will need to get with you at some point to learn how to register my info in for my T-shirt. It’s been a great week!
