The Ladies of Lakeshore will be in Full Effect this Week for Superhero Saturday

Join Nishawn and Lashelle for a great trek this weekend at Lakeshore Park! It's always a great morning with these ladies! They provide encouragement, support and words of wisdom the entire time. Bring any and all sistas that you know who would benefit from this experience! be sure to bring water, a towel and a kick butt attitude! We can't wait to see you! The ladies will meet in the top parking lot off the main entrance.
