Join the ladies of Victor Ashe and Lakeshore Parks at their winter location of West Town Mall for a trek to keep the blood pumping and getting a jumpstart on your summer body goals! Meet us near the Men's Belk entrance. We will meet at 7:45am and trek as long as your heart desires! Don't forget to bring your donation of Thanksgiving sides to support the organization Sleeves 4 Needs in providing a complete Thanksgiving dinner(2 cans of green beans and sweet potatoes, 1 box each of stove Top Dressing and mashed potatoes, 1 can each of cranberry sauce and gravy).
