Richmond FLASH - Rockwood Park Walk

Ladies come on out get your Super Hero Trek on at the beautiful scenic trails of Rockwood Park. Our glutes will say thank you when we are done. No bridges this time. But a few inclines. Walking is somewhere between 4.5 - 6 miles!
