Sisterhood Summer Self-care Walks

#TempleFitSoleSisters walking for self-care. Meet in the parking lot of The Cheesecake Factory 24265 Cedar Rd, Lyndhurst, OH 44124 We will walk for 1-2mi/30-45 mins at your own pace. Mix of paved and wooded trail; wear appropriate supportive walking shoes. “An early morning walk in nature sets the tone for your whole day.” Walk and Sister-support for health and wellness goals. Bring water and a healthy snack.
