Tuesday Trek and REMIX

Barry is gone!! It's time to hit the pavement again!! Please join the Lovely Ladies of the Lake for our Tuesday Trek! 💙💛🧡 Meet us at 5:50 pm, across from Shelter 1, which is located diagonally across from Landry’s at the Lakefront for our 6:00 pm trek! We will trek for 30 min and then have a 30 min REMIX workout on the Lakefront! Grab your water and a towel and prepare to have a blast, and get your groove on while we enjoy the beautiful scenery! See you there!
