AUTUMN WALK IN BEARDSLEY PARK

We must continue to put ourselves first and prioritize our self-care. Join us for this energizing Superhero Saturday as we enjoy the changing colors of the leaves and fellowship! All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We will trek for an hour so bring water and dress comfortable, especially those feet! Looking forward to seeing you and don't forget to rock your superhero blue!
