Week 4 and Moving Forward Monday
Ladies, lets start the 4th week challenge off with a cool walk on the trail. The trail is 1.75 miles but we can keep moving forward to make it a 5K move. The temperature may be hot but the trail is cool so we will start it a 6:15 to allow those that get off later to join us.
We will meet up at the entrance in front of Publix in the parking lot by the soccer field.
Come join us, if this is your first week, we want you there.
