It’s time to put ourselves first and prioritize our self-care. Please join me for this Superhero Saturday walk at Salter Memorial Park and start your weekend off right! We will meet at the shelter closest to the park entrance. Look for the SuperHero Blue! All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We will take a brisk walk on the paved park walking path. This is a kid friendly space so if you have to bring the kiddos along that is fine! No trekker is every left behind.
