Grab Your GirlTrek Gear and join us for an early morning 5K! We will be meeting in the parking lot on Alexander Rd. in front of the playground. After the talk before the walk and stretch session, we will head out on the red walking path inside the park. This path connects to the Lone Mountain Trail and encircles the dog park and the soccer fields. We will make two laps for a total of 3.1 miles. Remember to dress for the weather, bring plenty of water and shades/hat to combat the morning sun. Friends and family are always invited. I look forward to seeing you in that bright Superhero Blue.
