A sisterhood of 1 million+ women welcomes you

You found your stride, now find your crew.

TALK is the second step in the GirlTREK journey — where walking becomes more than exercise and your crew becomes your lifeline. Honest conversations start. Trust builds. The isolation that was slowly stealing our health gets replaced by something far more powerful: a sisterhood of women who show up for each other, week after week.

It takes a Care Village

Every GirlTREK member belongs to a Care Village — a regional community supported by a dedicated Regional Manager on GirlTREK's national staff. Your Regional Manager trains and supports crew leaders in your area, helps get Victory Laps off the ground in your city, and makes sure every woman in your region feels connected, supported, and celebrated.

Find your people. Start or join a crew.

A GirlTREK crew is a group of women who walk together regularly — in person, virtually, or both. It's your accountability, your safe space, and your sisterhood all in one.

Crews meet regularly, walk together on Sisterhood Saturdays, and are supported by GirlTREK-trained and certified Crew Leaders — women equipped with the tools, resources, and skills to keep their crews connected, celebrated, and moving.

Step Up: Become a Crew Leader

Ready to lead? GirlTREK's Crew Leader Certification Program trains women to organize, sustain, and celebrate their crews with intention. As a Crew Leader you'll receive training and support, discussion guides for your walks, supplies for your crew, and a direct connection to your Regional Manager who is invested in your crew's success.

Connect Locally: Find a Facebook Group
